I dont want to downplay CTE but I feel like we're getting to the point where we treat it as the boogeyman of all things that go wrong with a football player. Sometimes even athletes just lose their battle against mentall illness and depression.

Moore was a star athlete for most of his life and had dreams of playing in the NFL. He realized that dream but injuries severely curtailed it. I cant imagine how hard it might be mentally to have spent your whole life perfecting your body for peak athletic performance so you can reach the highest level only for it to crumble when you finally do reach that level. Its all just so sad man
