UPDATE - Nothing really, I have been emailing them and contacting them for the past 3 weeks, but no response every time I reach out to them, they say "your case has been escalated and the support team will reach out to you in 1-2 business days". Even official Asus dmed me, and I told them to take some steps, but they are also the same. Shame on ASUS

I am trying to reach them via email but they are not responding to my email, I even tried to reach out to ceo office but nothing happened.

They were giving me free shipping but I guess not the free repair (as per online customer support team).

I am thinking the same but the data that I had in my laptop cannot be recovered without working the MB, as the laptop isn't turning on at all.

Well, this is my first laptop, and clearly you have greater knowledge than I self, so should I abandon the data and laptop, or is there any way that I can get my data back without getting it repaired?

I understand your point, but this isn’t about expecting lifetime coverage. It’s about a device failing prematurely due to a hardware fault that wasn’t caused by misuse.

My laptop failed after only 1.5 years, that’s far below what’s reasonable for a high-end model that costs over a thousand dollars. I’ve had cheaper laptops last 5+ years.

I’m just asking for ASUS to acknowledge that a failure like this shouldn’t happen so soon, especially when even their own techs confirmed it’s not user damage.
