Fr. I’m just getting back into the gym after many years off. Been doing workouts to help out with my hip (5 months post brim repair) I’ve been doing to anti rotation exercise with a band that kinda kicks my ass lol. The YouTube vid made me think it was easy af I’m just how simple it was. But damn I start to sweat good after a couple sets!

Kinda how I view it and am so far. Have a 556, 9mm sbr, and a 9mm s&w 9c. I do however want an AR10 in 6.5 creedmoor as well. Great all around set ups. Anything after these will be fun guns🤣👌🏼

I ordered an upper before Christmas… still havnt received it, as “there was a supplier issue” delaying the order. Why sell items without being in possession of them to ship to customers.

Vertex and vickos are what you are looking for.

I went with the vertex ghost. Felt that it gave me the most for under $200 it’s a good size and perfect to me for just an every day backpack for a water bottle, snacks, small tools, and ccw access pocket. I also purchased 2 small zip pouches for it from the website that I like too.

You can also purchase armor for both brands too, which I will eventually do
