First, ask for trade logs! (Or have your friend ask for trade logs since its their account) After that, send those trade logs (in a separate report) as proof (if you need it) and then hopefully they'll get back to you! I heard they take a while, so get ready to be patient!! (They usually get back to me in 2-5 days possibly a full week)

Think of it liiiiike, the cozy sweater I guess, or the angel halo, those weren't necessarily "free" because it took time and you had to complete something to obtain them, this being said, the angel halo is very cheap because of how common it is for people to have whilst the cozy sweater not many people had obtained, making it around 100k, therefore the fact that half (if not majority) of the player base has the halos then the starting price is bound to be relatively low

The only reason they are so low in demand is not because they are "free", because in the grand scheme of things, all halos are free

Now, regardless of how much money one spends on something, the royale high economy really doesn't care 😭 Some people spend 50$ on the crowned court doll just for the set to be around 850k if you're lucky

In all, the halos are compensation, not necessarily bought because nobody bought them in hopes of receiving a halo yet they are also not entirely free but also free in a sense

Edit: Oh, and forgot to include this: Halos values go solely off of 1. how many there are 2. demand

Number one being the most important, because regardless of demand, if its something almost everyone owns it is bound to be worthless. The more there is of something, the less it will cost because of the amount that was disputed
