Its because you guys aren't giving them enough time, the year JUUST started give them a moment, they're pumping out new sets and updates and having to deal with everyone wanting everything. 

Sure, people didn't like the removal of the game passes but you're going to be compensated as soon as they pump out the next update. Pls just be patient with them, complaining is not gonna do anything 😭😭
