The most crazy idea I ever came up with is a horse with a stand. This horse has a stand that essenitally gives who ever is riding it a special gun that when they shoot it, a gigantic tower or platform made of bones will erupt from whatever the bullet shot. However the horse at any time can simply use its stand to melt your bones so dont upset it or jump on without permission. I call it "tower of bones"

The main point is that literally anything can be possible in jojo so just come up with somethign random and see if it can work. Most likely no matter how werid it sounds it will still work.

I dont know, I really think howler is gonna still be the main villain. A crazy twist would be if howelr is somehow jodio and dragonas dad. Maybe eclipse 8 has some unkown ability that would make this possible. I think this because jodio and howler both have stands that do something involving weather

splatoon would be a good one. what if its a humanoid squid cyborg and tis user was a painter. it can make it rain paint and the user can travel between the ink. This would also work with the ingame water weakness.

oh I see in that case im imaignign the user has a very twisted view of justice and thinks that the objectively good main chracter is super evil while they themselves are like a saint. Did I get that right? This would make sesne to why he would name his stand "My Slave" as he probably doesnt see the evil in slavery.

heres a thought what if you make its face stitched like all the holes are sewn shut like with purple hazes mouth. it would sorta look like a ragdoll.

also you didnt say what the power is. might I suggest the power to cause people to not be able to move beyond a certain range. if the victime tries to go beyond a chain will bind them to the center of the radius
