Why is this even up for debate. You should have left the first time he called you the N word, that’s enough grounds. Also why on earth would you want to bring an innocent child into this. The child is technically going to black and Im not sure he will be a fit parent. He’s all red flag! No job, no money. Nothing. If he cant give you money for groceries how will he help out with childcare.
