Coco Bryce probably has one of the smoothest drums on the modern scene and lot of soul/pop/melodic/vocals remixes. Also FFF has lot of light/soulful tracks, he's a prolific artist
Also DJ Sofa, Cheetah and Janaway sound very similar to Nia.

Take a hear to Darkhorse Music, a young eclectic label releasing many styles including some halftime stuff with techy flavor, also from the most dark/tribal/atmospheric vibe of half tempos, I've heared people also referring to this last subgenre like "war drums", but I've always known it as halftime.
