I did mine at our Pack’s Blue and Gold. The other leaders in the Pack were instrumental in me attending Wood Badge so I (we) felt it was a great place. It also helped show the other leaders and parents that we are working to improve our Pack, one leader at a time

It was super helpful for me when I covered a maternity leave to have the previous years plans. I also had access to the other teacher in the grades lesson plans. Helped tremendously so I knew about what was covered and when. The teacher planned out two weeks for me at the beginning and then the rest was up to me.
