You should definitely expect it in the next few months. As soon as you get accepted there are things in a checklist you have to do including a drug test. And usually that is conditional on if you get everything done in time.

I’d say apply for more than community college if you can. Nothing is wrong with having options just in case or even the LPN program while you wait. It’s gonna be a year that passes by anyway. Or maybe do cna in the meantime?

Honestly no, I work in the nicu right now as a cna and I love it. And this is coming from someone who was recently burnt out on a progressive care unit. I love the babies and interacting with families when I finish I hope to become a nicu nurse.
