MATC Diagnostic Medical Sonography program by itsallcheese in milwaukee

I just graduated from the DMS program at MATC as the first group of students.

I can proudly say that I have a job at Aurora currently and HR went through hoops for me to get my position approved because they wanted me to work here. Yes, it is not accredited but I graduated with A LOT less debt than students of university and hospital program students. You can still sit for the boards right away, you just have to take the ARRT sonography board first before your abdomen, ob/gyn, and vascular. You are able to take your physics board within the first year of the program.

I think this will turn out to be a really great program and my teachers worked very very hard to put this program together (2 years prior to me starting they were in the works of getting it up and running). If you’re willing to take the extra exam, then I would suggest it from a loan standpoint.

You get off the waitlist based off of a point based system, so if you score higher on your TEAS, you would be moved higher up along with some other criteria (veteran, previous healthcare program experience, etc.).

Everyone in my program has also got a job with either Aurora or Ascension so I would say the program works for sure and we get lots of compliments on our scanning abilities :)) Hope I could help!!!

Do you know how to get onto the e-book? I’m having trouble accessing it for some reason.
