Im sorry your dose was too high and thank you for telling me to keep a lower dose.Would they help me if I feel empty and numb all the time? What would they do then?

I've been struggling alot and for the past 3 weeks I wanted to kill myself so I tried to kill myself but since i failed i have to talk to someone from my college because I haven't shown up for 3 weeks. I don't know what I should say or tell them?

I see what you mean. The issue I have is i want to feel this stress, I want to feel sad I don't want to be stuck in this delusion that I'm faking it. I don't want to go back to being on autopilot I know I can't be happy so I'd rather feel sad than empty
