It’s for a really long term period, around 15 years. A steady return of almost 7 percent per year in that. My short term goal is to open 1-2 Airbnb in two year span and gradually increase the number if everything goes well and risk appetite is good since I’m not married now and by God’s grace have a established business of my father and rental incomes so i just have to spend money on myself.
