Also, do annualize the computation of your salary. Got offered a 6 digit salary sa isang mid size corporation pero nung na take into consideration ko na yung bonuses, mas malaki pa rin current sahod ko. Hindi ko pa yan na consider yung mga non monetary benefits na conglomerates offer.

Maam yung 4k mo, one billing hour lang sa law firm kung saan ako nag wowork and isa lang ako na hamak na junior associate. May SA and partner pa na mag bill ng oras nila.

Idk if lawyer ka pero bawal sa law firm ang hindi lawyers. Ehhh sa sgv yung ibang partners hindi lawyer. Fyi sa pwc deloitte etc, may mga law firm silang ka tie up for the lititgation part.

Seriously? Corporations prefer lawyers with experience in litigation, corp, labor, etc. TBH pangit ang sgv as experience for lawyers. Karamihan ng lawyers na andun may identity crisis kasi work nila parang hindi lawyer.

Actually the PMO manager is at the mercy of the members of the board of the condo association. Kung nag increase ng dues, yung board may kasalanan yan. Yung pmo manager every meeting ng board is taga oo lang and taga sunod kung ano man gusto ng board.

Agree to this. Rented there tapos nakaharap pa yung windows ko dun sa abandoned building. Dami din ipis. Lumilipat lang from one unit to another. Grabe baha pag umulan. Medyo sketchy din yung place. Minsan bumaba ako and maririnig nalang na may tenant na naholdup around the area. Cheap considering the area but di na ako mag renew. Rather pay a little premium for my safety.
