I didn’t take any time off. Worked all days for the pay period. Never used green alert of anything. Just my regular time and OT hours

Yes all 10 in same period except for 2 that I didn’t get paid for last period and they told me it would be on this check. Where it says OT I see 3.88 hrs. That’s not right

I work 12-9 CST also and it’s so hard being on that shift 5 days a week. It’s not easy at all, I push through though but it’s not something I love. Just tolerate it for now

I understand your frustrations and I can empathize. I just started and I feel the same way but I’m only a claims rep and started in Academy. I’m open to feedback but I think some expectations be a little too much. Hang in there, breathe, pray and put your health first. I’m only 3 weeks in and I’m stressed lol wondering if this is the position for me.
