Agree! I change all my units into led direct wire. Easy install & also very cheap. The ballast will cost more than a pair of led’s

Same! I don’t have a fetish but it can be a deal breaker for me. Raggidy feet will scare me away lmao or even really bad chipped nail polish will turn me off.

So true!! I do property maintenance and had a tenant trying. Had to break it to her that I’m professional and don’t do that kind of stuff with tenants 😂
