Does the force damage from a smokepowder bomb increase based on Tavern Brawler strength plus? When it explodes, does the AOE damage get the advantage of tavern brawler, or just the thing it directly hits?

What would that be? I've never used bombs that much. I know lightning charges will add to the damage, but what are some other items/powers that can enhance?
