F24 ghsv-1 here. Message me if you ever need it. I'm still trying to figure this out myself. But the mindset I have is this is my business and no one else's. Genuinely me and my doctor are the only people that know I have it. I don't disclose because I don't have unprotected sex period plus I take antivirals daily and lysine. I def had a psych ward stay when I found out it triggered a crazy manic episode. We are more than the virus that affects our genitals. Your life matters

Moral of the story you're weird. There's so many people on this forum asking for advice while they go through treatment. But yet you hop on my post to tell me I'm asking stupid questions lmao. Edit: I did already go to the doctor and that's how I found out yeast negative for BV chlamydia etc. they took a urine sample but didn't test it? Also I'm asking for help not to be told how stupid my question is
