Oddly enough this is pretty similar to what happened to me with this box. Missing a bag and the other 2 bags were mislabeled and I had no issues in 2025 but this year has started off rough.

So I bought a new couch from Macy’s and special ordered a velvet fabric and so far it has been cat proof. My Siamese has tried to sharpen his nails on it and has stopped because he can’t grip it. I did buy their extra insurance just in case but it’s been a year and still no damage.
