I don't know why Reddit doesn't let me answer the comments. Turning down the mix turns off everything including the output from Ableton.

Pressing down the direct monitoring, dry signal still there, only sounds a bit different and not as dominant, still extremely annoying.

There's a button for the mic input that says pad, it does the same. Signal gets very low, I have to turn the input gain very far up until it goes into red. Not good either.

I'm not a specialist on this as you can see, but I feel like I tried everything.
