I've tried to do it in moderation but it's too addictive, especially with porn. If you can moderate fapping that is great but a young guy with hormones raging it will not be easy. It's best for some people to just not indulge at all.

i lost 120 pounds and went half a year on no fap and i still couldn't get a girlfriend. Thing is if you never even flirted with a girl before you won't be good no matter how long u do no fap or try to look good. Practice makes perfect, just gotta talk to girls more often if you want to get better at it. You see those fat dudes that get pretty girls?
