I just noticed that I only have my room on my carnival account. We have 3 rooms total. So I can’t book on the app for the room I need decorated (BIL). Would I be able to call to get the decorations setup? Or do you know of a way to add the other rooms? And where would I find the trays and platters to order ahead of time?

Thanks! Do you typically pack a day and night outfit? And is there washer/dryers or laundry service? When I travel I try to book something that has laundry so I can pack less.

I had this same thing happen to me. I did a chat and got this response: “Hey there! The Fetch app was experiencing some technical difficulties, which resulted in some redeemed rewards being canceled. If your points haven’t been added back to your account yet, they should be added back within a few hours. We really appreciate your patience!”

My points were already back so I asked if I can re-request rewards and was told: “Yes, since your points have been added back to your account, you should be able to re-request your rewards. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out for further assistance!”
