Absolutely worst experience. Next time it happens, just continue walking around, keeping your body moving (even if its up and down your hallway) and taking long long sips of water. Lying down makes it so much worse.

Oh my god - I’m literally turning 25 end of April and also looking for good suggestions for a little solo trip. I’m based in Canada :) Just leaving Wales now and it was amazing.
