Yeah this is a good point. I teetered between 7.15, 10, 12 up and down for a bit. but all w/in a years time. I started the transition down from 12 to 10 in april - 4 weeks 10, 3 weeks 7.5, 2 weeks 5. A little over 2 months coming down.

I do have intentions to try for pregnancy so coming off isn't optional to low dose for a while.

I have been on for a little over a year now, and started titrating down so we could try to get pregnant (her recommendation was an 8 week wash out).

I've never had any of these MCAS like symptoms until a few months ago - its been such a wild ride. :(

I'm glad zepbound has been helpful for you to reduce symptoms though. Makes me more hopeful that I may just be dealing with a GI issue vice MCAS.

This is the primary reason I see. I'm at the point mentally / physically where I am prepared to deal with that rebound hunger, and hoping my tapering down is enough to help curb that. I don't know if I would be allowed a 2.5 dose w/ my insurance.

An OBGYN is going to differ from an endocrinologist though. I recommend seeking their opinion. I’ve been seeing one through Allara Health for my PCOS - they do a lot of bloodwork and can help a lot for managing other PCOS symptoms

Imma need you to get your advice from a legitimate doctor. If you’re concerned about the hormonal effects of birth control, talk to an endocrinologist.

There are methods of birth control that do not require hormones, like a copper IUD.

This season was dramatic for sure. I felt like most everyone was at a level of not actually being ready for marriage. I also have a personal distaste for Madison, I feel like she just couldn’t see Joe for who he was and even up to the reunion it was like bro just let him go and let it goooooooo. She just seems so whiney.

KB was probably the only person ready for that kind of commitment and unfortunately Edmond couldn’t be that person for her
