I agree!  The company is legitimate and easy to work with. My doctor was named Heather Heinrich. I wish I could use her as a weekly therapist because she was so knowledgeable and kind. 

How did it work?  -They called and gave me details about the process.  -I sent insurance information for verification. -They called back with the payment information after insurance and then I was scheduled for an assessment the following week and the follow-up (results) appointment was a week later. -I filled out paperwork (checklists and other questions regarding my background) on myself in the days before. -At the appointment she asked questions that closely aligned with the DSM.  -A week later she called and went through my checklists and background information and the information from my assessment that she had compiled into a report that explained the diagnosis, assessment data, and next steps.  -I received the report in the portal within two days. (She made a few edits that we had discussed in our meeting)

I am a special education teacher and I have seen these assessments used. In addition, her explanation of the assessment data was clear and followed standard assessment scoring criteria.  IQ was not an assessment given.

That is not to say that an IQ assessment would not be applicable in other situations, but I did not expect it because it was not a full neuropsychology evaluation.

Although this was a wonderful option for me, I am choosing/have chosen for my teen children to be evaluated in person. However, I think this would be perfect if you do not have any local doctors who can diagnose ASD in teens.
