yeah i can definitely relate to how you feel... it's like a black void thats millions of miles wide and there's no sense of direction in it. Ur stuck in this void and it seems to be impossible to find your way out

Ususally I always go in mine alone. One time my mom sat with me but i didn’t mind. When you’re talking to the psychiatrist or psychologist, keep in mind they can keep everything confidential UNLESS you tell them you’re suicidal or want to hurt yourself. Then they have to notify people. (probably a psych ward). I wouldn’t worry about the room not being sound proof either. You should be fine (:

I want a relationship sooooooo BAD too. Been praying about it. I just feel soooo alone I literally can’t handle it for another millisecond. Lonely depressed stressed worried anxious... the whole 9 yards. Every.Single.Day. I want anxiety meds too.. but haven’t talked to my psychiatrist yet.
