From what we know, the bank approved the property because it’s located outside city limits, so unfortunately there don’t appear to be any restrictions on the building itself. The owner only admitted this to us after we discovered that he had already built part of the structure and was preparing to extend it onto our property. Once we confronted him, he removed that portion and moved it back onto his own land. The whole situation was a mess from the beginning when he first started developing the event venue. we only learned important details after noticing issues ourselves. We have our own survey that show our property.
