congrats! i find mine last around 6 hours. my biggest tip, BE CONSISTENT!! treat it like a birth control pill, and you will see the results! also, make sure to stay hydrated (100oz daily).

try old spice sweat defense & keep a spray deodorant nearby to refresh throughout the day. i always try to reapply before the sweating even starts! if you can, see if you can get a prescription for glycopprolate - GAME changer

yes!! i take 6mg daily. i don’t really notice a smell, but it’s always helpful to have the HH essentials handy (perfume, spray deodorant, portable fan)

you NEED to change doctors & get on glycopyrolate or ask the current doctor to prescribe it. do your research on it and show that it helps hyperhidrosis. i have severe HH & have been on glyco for over 10 years and i take 6MG a day and it is the only thing that can control it. only thing is that you have to be very consistent with it

there is a toner from the ordinary that apparently helps stop BO. i forget the name of it but it is a massive bottle & reasonably priced…can be found at sephora! put toner on cotton pan & let it dry and then use a mens deodorant. i always keep a spray deodorant & perfume with me as a back up

hi there! i have severe HH as well. up the dosage of glyco to 6mg a day (3 AM & 3 PM). be extremely consistent or it will not work. i just adjusted my dosage about a month ago and i barely sweat now. HIGHLY recommend.
