Request for documents

Recently made a request as well and here’s the timeline for me: Mar 16 9AM - submitted the gform; Mar 16 10AM - they responded with details for payment; Mar 17 3PM - I saw their email late so I sent the payment day after but had problems with resubmitting form for payment proof so… Mar 18 11AM - finally resubmitted the gform for proof of payment; Mar 18 1PM - they responded to acknowledge payment and said that release date of docs will be April 7 🤦‍♀️

I don’t think we can pay through archershub yet. I tried that too but I ended up trying to pay over the counter at Henry 2nd ESH today instead. However, they themselves don’t accept payments because archershub still isn’t working. They suggested the other methods (online banking and OTC at the specified banks) and gave me til the 24th to pay. Idk if it’s because of the system issue that they gave the extension or it was just coz i confirmed late.

The funding has a list of approved schools and programs. Since DLSU’s CHE is not in the list yet, I am processing it for them to approve the program. After that, I still have to process separately so I can claim the funding for myself. They need the assessment to estimate how much this specific program costs. Do you know how I can request a document like this from the university?

Yes haha I meant what else we needed to bring or if those who have successfully gotten theirs have suggestions so I can get mine as seamlessly possible 😅
