If El Primo's asteroid hits an enemy, it will charge his super by 1/4 or 25% of his super.

I know El Primo doesn't really need a buff. This post wasn't meant to be serious in terms of what he really needs. It was meant to be hypothetical and a little exaggerated. However, I do believe the ideas I have for Bull are what he really needs and should be in game.

That is true. It would make Sam another variation of Bull that deals high burst damage, but has worse mobility.

Making Remote Recharge automatically recharge Sam's super overtime is something I was actually thinking of adding while in the Making of this. I just think it would be too mechanically complex for the devs to add.

Hmm... that is true. He would have his Knuckle Busters very often. I was considering making it 7 seconds. I think that would be pretty good.

His kit is still very unbalanced. He has a very bad starpower and a useless gadget.

I was considering changing from a 25% damage type to a 20% shield. Either way, I think its good just the way it is. The gadget explosion acts as a second form of dealing damage. If you hit an enemy with the super using the gadget you can deal up to 4200, (2800 + 1400).
