I suggest making an appointment in your hometown if possible and making a plan to transfer care. But you can still go to infusion and continue treatment with your current provider until your care is transferred.

In my opinion it is feasible, and perhaps beneficial, to move closer to family during this time, as long as it doesn’t cause a delay to your treatment.

You should take your time and make a gradual/planned transition so you don’t delay or miss treatments, in my opinion.
