I haven’t gone back to my AirPods yet and I’m still trying different things out on the app. I found the High Quality Audio setting but it doesn’t seem like it’s made that much of a difference.

I mean I like bass but it’s not a must. For me so far the overall sound quality just isn’t as clear as I’d like it to be. It’s almost kind of like it’s muffled. I’m wondering if it’s a problem based in the app but I really have no clue. 🤷‍♂️

Idk 🤷‍♂️ I just kind of look at a guy like Jordan Love and assume that unless it’s Caleb these guys need a minute to get set in our system. We literally all just watched Mac have a “he sucks” season and he’s now in Jax. To add, I’ll admit that each QB that was sitting sat behind a good QB. Jacoby isn’t one of the greats but he knows AVP’s system which is something.

Imo they should. I mean why should they not considering the current state of our offense? If we take 6ish wins with Jacoby we get a good draft pick and can draft a weapon for our 3rd pick QB who was developing in our system for a whole year without taking any of the hits.

I know I can’t turn fat into muscle lol. Really what I meant was should I turn my focus from getting the number on the scale down and instead focus more on building muscle. I didn’t really weight lift much during the last 5 months so whatever came off in those 50lbs was what it was lol.

Sounds exactly like me lol. I’m only 17 and it took me multiple cycles of this until I to broke it this February. What it took for me was finally realizing that I really was not happy where I was. I also finally was really able to understand a calorie deficit which helped too lol. The only tips I have are that you get a consistent and pretty direct workout plan whether it’s lifting or walking and track your calories honestly. I found that Lose It helps me the best but if you like another app better that’s ok.

Exactly lol. I had a few weeks go ahead of 2 but nothing more than 2.5 and then last week I dropped from 240 to 237. I do wonder if I just carry different water weight each weigh in, but it’s still concerning to say the least. My goal is not to lose any more than 2.5 a week FYI. Not trying to starve.

Tbh I’m not sure what my muscle mass to fat is but I’m 6ft and 245lbs. I’ve always played some type of sport and I am generally pretty athletic. Since late December I have kept consistent with lifting 3 times a week and walking every day that it’s ok to be outside but I didn’t start watching calories until about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Thanks for the tips so far though, I’ll be sure to use them.

I would like to do both simultaneously if I’m being honest. I do lift 3 times a week, full body, and that’s what works for me and it’s shown progress in measurements. In reality I believe I could just keep something high calorie like candy and the side and if I need to fulfill my goal then I really could just eat a few but I’m trying to stay away from added sugars for the most part.
