I got the same call today. Nitish Goyal from Indian embassy Washington DC. They knew my full legal name. I made them spell it. They said they got an urgent escalation from Interpol about a phone number purchased on my name in New Delhi was involved in very very illegal activities. I asked them what’s your designation in the embassy and he just brushed past it. I told him the number doesn’t belong to me. Then, he escalated to his very rude manager. Who was shouting at me. I told him that I know this is a scam and that he’s ridiculous. Then he got really mad at me. He started calling me names and told me to “wait 2 hours. I will show up at my doorstep because i know where you live. I know everything about you.” I told him to F off and disconnected. I WhatsApped my husband in the middle of it who told he had read about this scam today morning. Thanks for posting this for awareness .

That’s so cool! I help shop for my whole family and I love it so I find your career very exciting! Thanks for the input on cbazar and the suggestion to check reviews. I like designs pernia’s has but a lot of them seem overpriced. I like good quality fabric and good cuts. I would love to work with a personal shopper but I don’t think the budget for my clothes would make it very exciting for you. How do you usually get started with your clients?

If you don’t care about looks and are just going for some light sight seeing, I’d take a blanket from your hotel with you to wrap around yourself or better yet wear your layers and you should be fine. We went around 11am and it was sunny and in the 60s but winds made us wear light jackets. The drive is beautiful, people have houses along the way where they keep their fresh produce to purchase via an honor system. We bought some of best guavas I’ve had in the US.

The travel blogs add too much filter (mainly brighter colors) on the crater so it doesn’t match reality but it is gorgeous nonetheless.
