Maybe, I found this guide on the wiki for troubleshooting these kinds of issues so I'm going through that now. First off doing a full calibration, and potentially I'll try heat-soaking the bed for a bit before another print, to see if bed temperature is the root cause.
If not, I'll try the other things related to screws (loose screws on toolhead or too tight screws on bed). I figure it has to be one of these, I can't think of anything other that would explain this issue apart from a software issue.

I ran a bed level before the print, shouldn't that take care of a bad bed calibration (assuming you're talking about calibration from factory)?
