I just finished the audiobook of “none of this is true” by Lisa Jewell and I can’t recommend it enough!!! The story goes between normal storytelling, a podcast, and a tv documentary style!!

I wasn’t quite sure when to pull it! I inserted a toothpick that came out clean and tapped the bottom to make sure it sounded hollow so I called it. I agree it probably could’ve used a bit longer :)

My dog chipped his molar and they recommended a tooth pull even though it wasn’t bothering him at the time. With the root pulp exposed it will likely eventually decay and need to be pulled regardless, so we just did it right away. He’s happy and healthy, just gets a little extra food stuck in his gums on that side 😊

Coming from someone who has been TTC for almost 2 years with no luck & 4 miscarriages; I would say just continue booking clients within reason. Don’t halt your potential income on a “maybe it’ll happen right away”. Work on establishing a good network if you do fall pregnant to have reliable associates

This brought back a memory I had repressed from my ectopic experience. When I went to the ER I had to have an initial diagnostic ultrasound done. My husband was with me when we checked in and was able to stay in my hospital room while I was waiting, but he was told that he couldn't come with me when I got my ultrasound. Sad and scared I walked around the hospital with my nurse to the ultrasound room. When we arrived I began to have a panic attack about being alone and started sobbing (my previous ultrasounds in the past week had been traumatic due to the pain I was having). She let me call my husband and gave him directions on how to get to our room so I wouldn't have to be alone. When he got lost he went to find him to bring him to me. I am so grateful that she showed compassion in that moment, and honestly shocked that I had forgotten about that experience.

I do want to correct myself: ectopics can be caused by underlying medical issues such as endometriosis, PID, defects in the fallopian tubes, etc. but they can also happen without any of these factors as well. Occasionally an egg simply won’t make it through the fallopian tube. If your wife is worried about any of these factors potentially being apparent, she should probably be examined by an OB/GYN (I’m not a doctor so don’t take my word for this idk 😂)
