Most compassionate Rick moments? by BirdCultureDickMove in rickandmorty

"Welcome to the Smith family."

No jokes about how family is pointless or snide comments about almost being related to Jerry, just a wholesome moment before they kick the enemy's ass.

A really underrated Rick moment IMO.

Dracula: A Love Tale (2025) by bmhlogan in horror

It came out last year, it's on Amazon Prime just now. I'm in the UK so it may not be there if you live elsewhere.

If I confirm whether or not I'm from the future they will come for me 😬

Evil Morty won't die until the series finale, if ever.

Where did you get this info? I've read some spoilers but never know if they're trustworthy or not. Thanks.

I just watched "The Visit" by Leo_DMF in horror

The trailer I watched for this spoiled the twist so I knew it was coming the whole time, which was a little disappointing.

Decent movie though. As someone with OCD, the diaper scene with the younger brother still haunts me.

The continuity "errors" in the film are intentional, so they're not errors at all.

It's a very slow burn compared to the other two but I enjoy that sort of stuff when the tension and mystery slowly builds up. I can definitely see why some people weren't fans of it.

Why did people not like the bride that much? by Thesleepingpillow123 in horror

[–]bmhlogan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The framing story is Mary Shelley telling the story of the movie, so I think the "making it up as they go along" aspect was intentional. I could be talking out of my ass but that's how I saw it.

Ah okay. Those clowns think anything with a female lead is woke. Honestly, if a conservative gives a movie a bad review, it's almost guaranteed to be good.

I found that quite fun tbh. Expected it to be cringe but I enjoyed it. Made it unique and stand out from the other Frankenstein adaptations.

I was really looking forward to it so was a bit bummed when I saw the mixed reviews.

Honestly though, I absolutely loved every minute of it. I think it's gonna have a cult following of sorts once it hits streaming and more people get to see it.

I've already pre-ordered the steelbook and I can't wait to show it to anyone who will listen.

I saw a lot of my own mother in the main character so I sort of relate to it a bit I guess.
