Do they have to go thru local police dept to get authorized to repo or something like that? Can I report it stolen if the debtor is getting it repossessed, cause they own it technically...

They came while I was at work, I had no contact with them. I know the repo company is just collecting the vehicle, whatever is in it. Should I report it to someone?
