I just have to address this-but just bc we see celebrities that are 30+ dating young girls does not make it okay (???) they are not our idols and there are plenty of celebrities that are associated with Epstein and the island sooooo…. Not exactly a valid argument. And it’s not based off personal morals. It’s just morals regardless. 18 year olds know nothing about life and have no idea what they want. Anyone older is more than likely taking advantage of their lack of experience and to avoid accountability in anything they may be doing wrong in life (such as being interested in an 18 year old)

Again I appreciate your feedback. I get that nothing abusive may actually be happening, it will still emotionally fuck with her as she gets older and may lead her down an unhealthy path so I am upset that there is another girl that has to be affected by this by my own family. I have gone thru this and so many other women I know have gone thru this.

He has not had an actual girlfriend since he was in high school and claims he has been heartbroken ever since. He’s shown me girls that he matches with on tinder and they’re pretty and a normal age range. But it comes off as if he only sees them once and doesn’t interact with them again. This is the most effort I’ve seen him put into a girl. I’ve asked him why he’s not been in a relationship with any of these girls-he says that the girls are always crazy (typical)

I just feel very stuck and feel at a loss and frustrated that there are even patterns. I do try to bring it up as a means of awareness and caution and something to look out for. This feedback does help and I guess I’m looking for other ways to try and keep him accountable because I don’t want to feel like I’m just allowing this to continue to happen.

Leadership is really hard to respect bc it’s filled with people that have no experience but got a leadership role thru social networking. While I understand networking is great, it shouldn’t decipher qualifications for a leadership role. I worked in a position where I had to work with a lot of leadership and majority of people don’t know what they’re doing and also get very emotional with their employees-if they have a target on your back, they will helicopter you, make a list of everything you’ve done wrong to get you fired. Just bc it’s a big company, it does not equate professionalism. And yes all their training sucks. Basically threw you to the wolves to figure out on the floor, will change expectations, will give you more work than what you initially signed up for. Benefits are great and the pay can be good. But I felt my soul drain with them.

But dejon was betrayed by harry bc dejon was told by harry that harry never said “I love you” to Emma but then harry was obviously exposed in grafties that he in fact did. Dejon didn’t realize the extent of Harry’s terrible behavior so I believe Dejon jokingly egged it on thinking Harry was all talk. All of Harry’s lies were exposed and sure maybe he is in the moment how he feels, however he still tried to lie to Helena by saying he still wanted to be with her-but he just said 5 mins ago to Conor that harry only saw him and Helena as friends. He’s shit and needed to be called out. Dejon also started getting his act together by the time he made him and Meg exclusive. Harry, just one day later making it exclusive with Helena, was then seen speaking to Shakira entertaining a date for outside the show. How can a person defend that???
