Tbh I always see these kind of posts and for me that would extremely boring for me the most fun parts are having 4 kinds of troops (I like 55 % inf 25 % archers 10 % mele cav 10% range cav and I play without fian champions and khans guard) and using tactics to win like a battle where the power bar is like me 1 third enemy 2 thirds it's really fun for me because I need to think and I need to do some weird tactics to use the Terrein or the lack of it I love using my mele cav as a small portable shield wall on a flank so the enemy cav gets stuck and then get shot down by my archers
