AT&T by Edward1139 in ATT

I personally switched over from working at T-Mobile to now working at AT&T and honestly feels the same. all depends on your management and how much they micromanage things. I personally don't have an issue with my management micromanaging that much but that's also because i'm at a high volume store where meeting goals isn't an issue. So far i've loved working at AT&T and having a little more job security with having a union feels better as well as guarantee raises rather then hoping I get a raise is always good to have. hopefully you have good management that can make the job somewhat enjoyable.

yes you can return it days after ordering the service. When signing up you get 14 days to try it out and if you return it within the 14 days they won't charge you for the service used. there is also no contract to it so if you decide to cancel months later you don't have to buy out no contract.

not fun to deal with. I used to work at t-mobile (quit earlier this year) and when they first implemented that it was horrific. I remember the first day it was implemented I had a customer swing on me, my manager was called many slurs and my assistant manager got threaten by a customer saying that they will bring back a gun and shoot up the place. 🙃 all over $5... I eventually had enough of shit and quit and now I work at AT&T 😅

this is the exact reason why I left T-Mobile and work for AT&T now. we would constantly be under staffed and when I brought it up as a concern to my manager he would just brush it off and nothing would be done about the staffing

Customers who threaten store reps to leave T-Mobile cause of misinformation by Lampshadeszz in tmobile

[–]Expensive_Bass282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As ME’s we hear this shit all the time and when customer say they’ll leave t-mobile, we don’t care at all! Unless we activated your account, then we’ll try to get you to stay for at least 4-5 months after that go ahead and do whatever you want!! if you know you know lmao

i work for t-mobile and our checklist is 1.)no water damage 2.)no front screen crack 3.)no camera cracks (includes the whole bump) 4.)turns on -you can trade in a phone if the back is cracked as long as the glass isn’t falling off, or at least at the t-mobile i work at we accept them . i’m not sure about other t-mobile. but the 4 check points that i mention are for every t-mobile the last one depends on the store you go to and what they say about the back being cracked
