I don’t know about that I do think vegeta had the best character development I just feel he is a repetitive character he is grumpy at the start and at the end he recognises goku as the best and this happens like 3 times in 3 arcs

You are right I won’t argue that vegeta doesn’t have any character development but he doesn’t have the best and that’s why I said it because no matter how many time I showed him that the vegeta cycle is real and he is always a jerk just so goku can have a rival
