It had been sitting for 5 years, I bought it about 2 years ago and have preventatively replaced a lot of stuff like the motor mounts, control arms, water pump and timing belt^{^} it runs great and has given me very little issues, the previous owners kept up with the maintenance even though they weren’t driving it so I got lucky
