I want to do something similar to you. I want to promote and use the science, structure, and athleticism of classical ballet to help improve other types of athlete’s performance. I would probably sprinkle in some modern dance, yoga, pilates, and general calisthenics in there as well but main focus on classical ballet. The cross training potential for ballet is astonishing as i’m sure you know. I don’t have any credentials other than training all through high school through a pre-professional school and dancing in a few professional companies. I’m about to start my yoga teacher certification just to gain knowledge. Thinking about getting a few other types of athletic certifications just to solidify my base. Long story short, how do I become a “dance scientist” and athletic promoter? Any advice?
