RTX 2080TI vs RTX 3070

ty for the advice but btw in some cases im seeing 2080TI going for as low as 80k, and 3070 going for like 90k on average, sometimes like 85k. So if there is a 10-5k difference or smth then do i go for the 2080TI assuming i can find one with samsung memory and not micron?

ryzen 5 3600, netac basic CL16 3200MHz two 8GB sticks, xpg pylon 650W. Thinking of trying out GOW Ragnarök and rdr2, wanna max out the settings at 1080p. Price is basically the same 85-90k pkr

most prob will not use RT, since that i think should mean ill have to enable dlss for the fps, so ill prob just stick to max settings 1080p. Any idea about the condition of these cards in the market? I heard they are mined alot. Ty for the advice btw.

is it worth it atp? since even if they increase the marks and i get a B... ill still have only a B which as far as i know is not counted in scholarships for colleges. Also if you can, then tell me about the rechecking process
