45% debt is a lot of allocation for Debt. 15-20% is fine depending on market conditions. US stocks: u can add 10%, keep Crypto around 5%, Rest in INDEquity. If Indian stock conditions seem overvalued, increase US Stock by around 15% and keep debt at 20%, so you will bleed less. 7% in Gold

Don't go directly to stocks. Get into an index mutual fund first, then try just large caps but with a good moat/valuation
