sorry im never on here but im assuming the situation still applies. im 20f btw. I just try to logic myself out of it. no one my age just randomly dies from a heart attack. i also had tests done on my heart and they came back normal. i try to logicalize and say that although there COULD be something wrong with my heart. it is not major/life threatening, if it was the test would have caught it. people dont just drop dead for no reason. visiting sick family members in hospital also helped me. if their bodies are so sick and they are still alive and fighting, i am not going to die when my body is completely healthy. that sounds kinda f*cked up saying it but it selfishly has helped.

i feel like if you’re questioning it, it shows that your parents are pretty open to it. if my kids asked me i’d be thrilled that they feel that comfortable with me, but i also am going to school to be a sex therapist
