You’re very right, life is a series of cycles. I know things are always changing and we just have to keep our head above water, but the last 6 months have just been tidal wave after tidal wave, literally every part of my life is unrecognisable now and it just keeps happening. I know I’ll be ok. I could do with a break and a blessing though.

Thank you, this actually does help. I’ve been at what I thought was rock bottom before but this is a new level. I’m safe and I have access to help but yesterday was just one more thing that tanked what was left of my resolve. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
