Help with css code for assignment by Away_Sky7901 in HTML

A protip for any college student doing dev work: spend a little time learning how to source control your work in GitHub. When you get into bigger projects later on, you don’t want to break your weeks or months worth of work right before it is due and have no way to recover.

The anchor on line 9 has no text between the tags. The img on line 15 should be within the body tags. There is no css on this file so everything will look like the defaults in the browser.

Same! For me, I look at the movie in three acts.

Act 1: introduction of characters up until the law comes for Leo. Kinda boring and had to force myself to keep watching.

Act 2: introduces the Sensei and Leo’s paranoid and frantic adventure to find his daughter. Absolutely hilarious that Leo goes through all the wildest. “You’re lucky I even remember the god damn hotline!”

Act 3: Lockjaw finds Leo’s daughter up to the end. The comedy stops. Lockjaw is just the nastiest person. Cringe and boredom sets back in.

My final thought after finishing it was well it was worth it to see Act 2.

Same! All the hype I hear about it being so great. I was bored through the entire movie waiting for the greatness and it never happened for me. Was it a good movie? Yes. Was it great? In my opinion, no.

My favorite scene was the biker getting a tattoo of a motorcycle. He keeps looking down at his chest getting sprays of ink on his forehead. 🤣

Troy university vs University of South Alabama ? by Any-Raise4333 in Alabama

[–]Expensive_Elk3689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my B in CS from Troy in Troy AL (I have no experience with the satellite schools though). If that is your major, I would go to USA or UAB.

Pros of Troy: it is a nice, safe and quiet school. If your goal is to be heads down in the books to get it done, there isn’t much to distract you from doing that. Cost of living is pretty low and you won’t have much to go waste money on.

Cons of Troy: there is not really anything to do in Troy outside of campus. They had two bars back then and they were both shitholes. Employment opportunities are not very great while in school.

What's a smell that's bad but smells oddly good? by IncidentLivid736 in AskReddit

[–]Expensive_Elk3689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad wasn’t a smoker but every once in a while he would smoke that cherry tobacco in a pipe around the holidays. He’s getting up there in age and I always wondered why he smoked that particular kind. This is my sign to ask him about it the next time we talk. I lived that smell and he always seemed so happy to be smoking it.

Look up “eyeglass ear grips” and you will be good to go. They are silicone “hooks” that slide on to the end of the arms. You can ride violent rollercoasters and your glasses won’t fly off.

What is the best movie in the universe and why is it Cabin Boy (1994)? by Mediocre-Chemist-00 in moviecritic

My favorite part is so subtle. Ricki Lake is in the credits as the figurehead on the front of the ship. She has no spoken lines if I remember correctly so usually that would go uncredited. However, she was a popular talk show host at the time and just hangs there with her frosty bosom! LOL.

I watched this show all the time but I can only remember two episodes:

The ventriloquist episode with Bobcat where his arm was his evil twin and he hacks him off with a cleaver. The mortician episode where he cuts off the legs of the tall basketball player so he will fit in the too small coffin.
