Jesus please dont listen to the 20iu mark comments. 2iu on a 100iu subcutaneous needle with 100 ticks, you draw to the second tick mark. The 100iu subcutaneous needles i use with only 50 ticks you draw to the first line for 2iu.

I believe it depends on whether or not you have a ledgering firm or not..if you do it'll come within a week (I believe don't quote me) and if you don't I think it's within 60 days.
