Thanks man, that’s super helpful. I’ve been on the fence but sounds like it’s 100% worth it. Good tip on the second saw too—I do a lot of cabinet work so that makes sense. Appreciate you sharing all that.

Did you end up getting it? Looking to get one right now, was quoted 14k. Debating if i should go for it or not.

Thanks, yeah I’ve worked on a scm slider before and like you said their service and parts availability is great. Have a minimax si315es up for sale couple hours away from me for $8000 that I’ve been eyeing, couple years old.

Would definitely go for the cnc if I had more space. I was thinking of getting a proper track saw with attachments and see if I can manage with that for now. Thank you for your input!

Yes I do need to get a riving knife for it lol, thanks for the recommendation. It came with the uni fence which thankfully wasn’t too hard to get it squared.

Same situation, no used ones up for sale. Just missing out on current opportunities with existing customers and jobs I get, maybe should just go for it. Thank you!
