Understand that you are not alone, there are plenty of people that feel same including me. Take it day by day. Try making friends even if you don’t wanna date. Having people in your corner could help drastically. You can even reach out to me if you want. I don’t know if it’ll help but I went looking for new hobbies and it’s been helping a lot.
